The company primarily engages in the research and development, production, and sales of high-performance carbon fiber composite materials (CFRP), basalt fiber composite materials (BFRP), glass fiber composite materials, and other non-metal composite material (FRP) structural components. Additionally, the company undertakes international trade through OEM and ODM methods for overseas market orders. "Taporel FRP" currently has 69 employees, including 16 research and management personnel. The company has more than 55 FRP composite material production lines, 4 vacuum autoclaves, 3 four-dimensional CNC glass fiber epoxy resin winding tube equipment, 9 three-dimensional glass fiber epoxy resin winding equipment, 8 sets of modified plastic injection molding equipment, and 6 flat molding equipment (vacuum drawing). FRP composite material processing equipment includes 6 machining centers, 39 CNC lathes, and milling machines. The company has complete product inspection and testing instruments and equipment, including one 1000kN tensile machine, one 500kN tensile machine, two 300kN tensile machines, and two universal testing machines. There are 46 sets of composite material testing equipment such as physical and chemical testing, water diffusion testing, etc., including LE5105 microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine from Shanghai LiShi Company, imported Tg tester from German NETZSCH company, FRP composite material hot-state bending tester, FRP composite material AC breakdown tester, three 300kV power frequency withstand voltage testers, FRP composite material glass fiber content tester, FRP composite material thermal induction tester, FRP composite material stress corrosion resistance tester, FRP composite material swing fatigue tester, etc.

The company rigorously implements the ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System, and ISO45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Every process follows self-inspection, mutual inspection, and specialized inspection "three-inspection system," and quality has the power of veto. All performance standards meet the relevant national and customer standards requirements. Products are subject to factory inspection to ensure product quality before leaving the factory.


For a long time, "Taporel FRP" has been based in the domestic market while reaching out to the world. It has widely participated in technical exchanges and cooperation in the field of composite materials at home and abroad. Currently, we are conducting topic research and project cooperation on carbon fiber composite material research and application with Northwestern Polytechnical University, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Dalian University of Technology, Xi'an Jiaotong University, and Shaanxi University of Science and Technology. The "Taporel Rubber and Plastic Composite Materials Engineering Technology Center" has been established.
