Taporel Composite can not only produce composite pole products whose structure, appearance and function meet the general standards of the industry, but can also customize according to customer needs.
Customized special poles according to customer needs.
Advantages of composite poles - light weight
The overall weight of composite poles is 1/5 to 1/10 of traditional cement poles.
A. Cement poles are heavy and difficult to transport and handle, especially in mountainous areas where large equipment cannot enter and cannot be installed. Composite poles are light in weight and are easy to transport over long distances and on-site turnover. They can be carried manually, reducing the difficulty of transportation.
B. Each section of the segmented pole is about 100kg. In high-altitude areas and mountainous areas with inconvenient transportation, it can be transported by three people, further utilizing its light weight advantages.
Advantages of composite poles - high strength
A.The experimental value of bending failure resistance is about 6 times that of ordinary cement poles. The composite pole can return to its original state after the bending load is unloaded.
B.Anti-typhoon, suitable for coastal areas where typhoons occur frequently, to solve the problem of pole inversion and broken poles in typhoon weather.
C.It can extend the pole spacing and is suitable for areas with long span requirements.
Advantages of composite poles - convenient pole erection
The total weight of the 12m pole is about 185kg. It can be installed directly using the pull rope to lift the pole; using pole tooling, 2-3 people can stand up the entire pole. Pull rope to erect composite poles, use pole tooling to install poles.
Advantages of composite poles - excellent performance
A.Long life
The life time of composite poles can reach more than 50 years, and the theoretical maximum life time can reach 80 years.
B.Low temperature resistance
It can withstand low temperatures as low as -70'C and is suitable for severe cold areas.
C.Corrosion resistance
It has good corrosion resistance to acids, alkalis, salts and organic solvents.
D.Weather resistance
Suitable for various weather conditions without changing performance.
